Poupatempo starts offering even more services through digital channels. Residents of the state of São Paulo now have 116 services available on the website, in apps and in self-service widgets. The options available on the platform refer to calls made by state government agencies, such as Detran-SP.
Among Poupatempo’s new digital offerings are the oversight of simplifying CNH (National Driver’s License) renewal and rating protection, for those who want to point out faults in fines. The platform also issues active debt counseling and negative credit certifications with the Attorney General’s Office.
Citizens also have the option to request housing assistance, return the unit, mediation hearings, and distribute documents over the internet at CDHU (Companhia de Desenvolvimento Habitacional e Urbano).
It should be remembered that Poupatempo’s digital channels have been providing services such as criminal record certification, unemployment insurance and work permit for a longer period, in addition to IPVA consulting and other options. Choose another for the driver.
Most of the calls made by Poupatempo take place on digital channels. From August to December, the program made 6.3 million calls. Of these, 4.2 million (about 66%) is made by website, app or totems. CNH renewal services (1.2 million), vehicle license (1 million) and scoring survey (610 thousand) are used the most on the internet.
